Questions about plans
Why don’t you list institution prices?
Institution plans depend on how many students you have, the modules you use and how much AI grading you need. We size a plan with you, usually in the demo.
Do credits expire?
Institution plan credits are given each billing period, and credit packs are valid for a set time, with larger packs lasting longer. In the learner app, a plan’s credits never expire.
Can we start with one department?
Yes. Turn on only the modules you need, and allocate credits only to the classes using them.
Is there a trial?
Learners can try Daily Challenges free and get a few rank predictions before buying more credits. For institutions, the demo is the place to start.
How do we pay?
