  1. No Refund Policy

At TestMySkills.ai, we do not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription plans (Skill Builder, Skill Master, or Enterprise Plans).
  • AI-powered skill assessments, practice tests, or other digital services.
  • Any additional features, credits, or in-app purchases.
  • Once a payment has been processed, it is final and non-refundable.
  1. Free Trials and Previews

We may offer free trials, previews, or limited access to some features before requiring payment. Users are encouraged to explore the platform before purchasing a paid plan.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the platform and understand its offerings.

  1. Subscription Cancellations

Users can cancel their subscription renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
Canceling a subscription will prevent future charges but does not entitle users to a refund for payments already made.
Users will retain access to their plan until the end of the current billing cycle.

  1. Exceptional Cases

While our standard policy does not allow refunds, we may review exceptional cases, including:
